Tickets for each concert will go on sale on the day before the concert, from 4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at the Palazzo Chigi Saracini box-office.
On the concert day, tickets will go on sale straight at the concert place (starting from 4 p.m for the concerts at the Teatro dei Rozzi, while starting from 8 p.m. for the concerts at Palazzo Chigi Saracini and at St. Agostino Church).

Tickets for all scheduled concerts can be purchased at the site www.chigiana.it from 17 November up to two days before the concert date, using Visa and Mastercard.

Starting from November 17 tickets can be reserved by phone on Mondays (except on 1 and 8 December 2014, 5 January and 6 April 2015) from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. by calling 333.9385543.
Reservations must be confirmed by faxing (0577 288124) the payment receipt of the correct amount, which can be made through the postal account number 14032536, made out to the Fondazione Accademia Musicale Chigiana Onlus (via di Città, 89 – Siena), or by bank transfer to the the Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena account (IBAN IT 08 B 01030 14217 000063125544), made out to the Fondazione Accademia Musicale Chigiana Onlus (via di Città, 89 – Siena).
A maximum of 4 tickets can be reserved for each concert.

Ticket pick-up

Tickets purchased online or reserved by phone can be picked up on the day before the concert, from 4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at the Palazzo Chigi Saracini box-office or the same day of the concert at the place where the concert is held, during the box- office hours.

Change of seats

The Chigiana management reserves the right to change the seats reserved to subscription holders in case of technical requirements.

Lost Subscriptions

The subscription card is not duplicable.
In case of loss, the ticket holder must submit a copy of the denunciation to the competent authority, in order to receive a new extra entrance card at the box-office.
